About The Position

You’ll be focusing on building and shipping features that empower our customers with data resilience and business continuity, while also making change management for customers and developers risk-free and seamless. You are a Senior Product Manager with a background in building, launching and scaling products by working well with multiple engineering teams and partner teams in data science, design, user research. You'll work with teams based in India, Australia, and the United States.

Requirements

  • 8 years of experience overall in building technology products (preferably in B2B SaaS), with 5+ years of experience in product management with multiple instances of taking features from discovery to shipping and iterating towards success
  • A deep understanding of technology and what it takes to build platforms that scale to 100s of millions of users
  • Experience developing a product roadmap to meet goals where each release demonstrably moves us closer to success.
  • A team player who can create excitement for the work needed and the goal we're heading towards
  • You are used to launching experiments, measuring impact, iterating and repeating
  • Know how to gather data and insights from a large set of customers to make better decisions
  • Experience understanding funnel metrics, identifying opportunities to improve, shipping, learning and iterating
  • Know how to model business impact of different features

Responsibilities

  • Ship new business continuity and change management features that empower customers.
  • Conduct customer research, draft product requirements, and oversee shipping of new features
  • Work with GTM teams to improve our public postures including SLAs, public documentation, and customer support enablement
  • Iterate with design, engineering and partner teams to grow products from product market fit to scaled adoption
  • Pivot if a bet is not working, quickly retrenching and refocusing on alternative options with more promise
  • Partner with data science and other platform teams to build newer and more powerful ways to action on performance insights
  • Identify goals, success metrics ensuring OKR agreement
