About The Position

The Senior Product Manager - Americas is responsible for driving the growth and development of the product portfolio through strategic leadership and cross-functional collaboration. This role guides Sales on where to amplify or deprioritize focus, ensuring efforts are aligned with business objectives. The Senior Product Manager partners with Sales and Strategic Marketing to drive adoption and increase share of demand, while leading SPLs with Sales and Tech Service. Additionally, the role supports RFQs and Tenders to grow existing products and expand share in underserved regions and segments. Key responsibilities include introducing new SKU variants to better align with customer needs and providing innovation support through input to Strategic Marketing and NPI Marketing for future NPIs in core markets. The Senior Product Manager ensures NPI pricing, margin, and volume are aligned with the portfolio strategy. In addition, the Senior Product Manager supports AOP and STRAP planning processes, contributing to long-term business planning and execution. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, the ability to collaborate across teams, and a deep understanding of market dynamics to drive successful product outcomes.
