About The Position

Our Home & Outdoor division is united by thoughtful design and lasting quality. From kitchens to campsites, we provide consumers with premium, innovative products for life -- in and out of the home. Look around your home, and you'll find us everywhere, in your kitchen, living room, bedroom, and bathroom. We are already making your everyday lives better. We are powered by knowledgeable, enthusiastic, and forward-thinking people committed to developing a culture of inclusion. Whether you are just starting your career or in need of a challenge, we recognize, develop, and empower talent! The Senior Product Manager will be an authority within OXO product development and on the electric kitchen appliances. You are, or you will become, a specialist in the category and have an in-depth understanding of consumer behavior in the space. You will also have complete knowledge of competitor products, pricing and features. By using market research, product research, product testing, pricing and competitive analysis you will develop a strategic vision for the category. This person will work closely with Product Engineers to identify and avoid product development risks and ensure that products in the pipeline are brought to market on schedule, meeting all landmark goals and are completed within budget. When changes occur, you will communicate schedule, quality and cost updates to partners and clearly communicate remaining risks. You'll collaborate across all levels of marketing, brand design and sales about product features and benefits to help facilitate effective messaging and with the sourcing, operations and logistics teams to efficiently bring products to market.
