Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in a technology, business, or related discipline required.
7 years of product management, product development or product or equivalent experience with platform technology.
Experience working in an agile environment preferred.
Previous experience overseeing all elements of the product development life cycle required.
Experience in managing highly effective cross-functional teams required.
Previous experience understanding and determining product strategies based on the voice of the customer required.
Experience managing and maintaining vendor relationships required.
Exceptional writing, editing, and presentation skills required.

Advanced degree preferred.
Self-directed and able to proactively identify business and customer needs and opportunities, overcome barriers, influence, and formulate solutions with minimal supervision preferred.

Responsibilities

Develop and own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for one or more complex products, systems, and applications, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and member needs.
Design and implement strategies that drive member acquisition, new business growth, and long-term product success.
Define, manage, and monitor key performance indicators, including NPS, P&L performance, cost allocations, campaign effectiveness, and financial projections to achieve business objectives.
Collaborate closely with teams across Credit Risk, Compliance, Finance, Product, and Technology to ensure successful product outcomes.
Partner with business product leaders, product owners, and delivery teams to align priorities, shape roadmaps, and drive cohesive execution across products and initiatives.
Conduct in-depth analysis to identify trends, uncover member behaviors, measure success, and surface opportunities for improvement.
Bring the voice of the member into product discussions, strategy development, and decision-making to ensure solutions deliver meaningful value.
Guide complex product decisions within the context of broader business objectives, balancing strategic priorities, member experience, risk considerations, and technical feasibility.
Oversee the flow of research, concept development, UX design, and delivery activities that improve assigned capabilities and experiences.
Manage release goals, priorities, and dependencies across multiple products, systems, and applications.
Establish, track, and evaluate product and application performance metrics to measure effectiveness and business impact.
Capture insights, lessons learned, and evolving market needs to continuously refine product vision, priorities, and roadmaps.
Work closely with engineering and delivery teams in Agile environments, helping manage backlogs, roadmap planning, stakeholder alignment, and value delivery.
Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned to support team and organizational objectives.
