About The Position

FableticsOS is seeking a Sr. Product Manager II to own the execution and evolution of our Centric PLM ecosystem, the core system powering our end-to-end product creation lifecycle. You’ll drive day-to-day product management of Centric PLM—balancing system stability, enhancements, and vendor collaboration—ensuring a scalable, integrated platform across merchandising, design, product development, sourcing, and supply chain. You’ll partner closely with business stakeholders, engineering, and the Centric vendor to deliver high-impact solutions that support growth. This position reports to the Product Management Director, Product Creation Technology. How Do You Fit In As a Sr. Product Manager II, you’re a hands-on product leader who thrives in cross-functional environments and owns both execution and outcomes. You bring strong PLM and product creation expertise, translating business needs into scalable workflows within Centric. You’re equally effective working with stakeholders, engineering, and vendors to deliver solutions. You ensure Centric PLM operates as a reliable system of record with accurate data and efficient workflows.

Requirements

  • 5–8+ years in Product Management, Business Systems, or similar
  • Strong PLM experience (Centric preferred)
  • Knowledge of product creation lifecycle (design → production)
  • Familiarity with ERP, OMS, and related systems
  • Strong requirements gathering and end-to-end delivery
  • Backlog management and Agile experience
  • Experience working with vendors and implementations
  • Ability to balance short-term needs with long-term strategy
  • Understanding of integrations, data flows, and system architecture
  • Experience writing user stories and requirements
  • Comfortable with QA/UAT
  • Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration
  • Ability to translate between business and technical teams
  • Influences without authority
  • Ability to influence without authority and drive alignment across teams

Responsibilities

  • Centric PLM Ownership & Operations
  • Own day-to-day product management and system health
  • Manage backlog, defects, and enhancements based on business impact
  • Act as primary point of contact for issues, releases, and improvements
  • Feature Enhancements & Configuration
  • Define and deliver new features, workflows, and configurations
  • Translate business needs into functional specs and user stories
  • Partner with engineering/vendor to build scalable solutions
  • Balance out-of-box vs. custom solutions
  • Vendor & Delivery Management
  • Partner with Centric vendor on enhancements and configurations
  • Align on scope, timelines, and deliverables
  • Oversee QA/UAT, defect resolution, and releases
  • Cross-Functional Delivery
  • Partner with merchandising, design, PD, sourcing, and supply chain
  • Lead discovery, process mapping, and requirements
  • Ensure solutions support end-to-end workflows and integrations
  • Drive adoption through communication and change management

  • Reduce manual work and improve workflow efficiency
