About The Position

As Sr. Product Manager I, you’ll serve in a hybrid role that combines product management, IT program management, and stakeholder relationship management. You'll partner with the Product Owner and government stakeholders to help define product direction, prioritize requirements and tradeoffs, guide the product roadmap, and drive adoption across the Defense Intelligence Enterprise (DIE) by building strong client relationships and promoting the product to both data producers and consumers. This role involves guiding and managing the lifecycle of new technology products or feature enhancements, developing product concepts and designs to facilitate market needs and user requirements, conducting research on customer needs, new technologies, market trends, and competitors. It also includes developing requirements documents, functional specifications, and mock-ups, and participating in all phases of the product development lifecycle, including analysis, design, testing, and integration of products and introducing products to the market.

Requirements

Active TS/SCI clearance with CI Polygraph
5+ years of experience in Product Management, Program Management, or a related technical leadership role
Experience partnering with Product Owners and government stakeholders to define product strategy, prioritize requirements, and manage product roadmaps
Ability to evaluate business and technical tradeoffs and provide recommendations that align with mission objectives
Strong stakeholder relationship management experience, including engaging with executive leadership and cross-functional teams
Experience driving product adoption, user engagement, and change management across large organizations
Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence technical and non-technical audiences
Experience working in Agile environments supporting software or data-driven products
Ability to collaborate with engineering, development, and government teams to deliver mission-focused capabilities

Nice To Haves

Experience supporting Intelligence Community (IC) or Department of Defense (DoD) customers preferred

Responsibilities

Guide and manage the lifecycle of new technology products or feature enhancements.
