Position Overview: The Senior Offering Product Manager for the data loaders product line plays a critical, end‑to‑end leadership role across product strategy, new product introduction (NPI), and portfolio performance management. This role combines product management ownership with portfolio‑level strategic decision‑making to maximize customer value, growth, profitability, and lifecycle outcomes. This leader is responsible for identifying under‑met customer needs, translating them into winning product strategies, executing New Product Development (NPD) and NPI, and continuously optimizing an active portfolio using data‑driven insights. The role partners closely with engineering, R&D, marketing, sales, manufacturing, and global teams to ensure strong commercial execution and operational performance. As a people leader, this position develops and leads a high‑performing team while driving change across the organization. Role involves managing the product life cycle of several existing data loader products (DLMU, ADG-400) while also developing Honeywell's next generation data loader (MDG-100) meeting the latest cyber security requirements.
