Strategic Imperative: The Sr. Product Manager, Consumer Experience will own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for Prodege’s consumer-facing experiences across web and mobile. By deeply understanding member needs and behaviors, this role translates insights into simple, rewarding product journeys that increase acquisition, activation, engagement, and long-term loyalty. You will partner closely with Design, Engineering, Marketing, and Data to ship high-impact features and experiments that measurably improve core KPIs such as retention, frequency, ARPU, and NPS. As a senior individual contributor, you lead through influence—providing clear product direction, sharpening tradeoffs, and ensuring teams stay aligned on outcomes, not just output. Ultimately, this role is critical to strengthening Prodege’s consumer brand, expanding our member base, and driving sustainable revenue growth from our consumer products.
