About The Position

Strategic Imperative: The Sr. Product Manager, Consumer Experience will own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for Prodege’s consumer-facing experiences across web and mobile. By deeply understanding member needs and behaviors, this role translates insights into simple, rewarding product journeys that increase acquisition, activation, engagement, and long-term loyalty. You will partner closely with Design, Engineering, Marketing, and Data to ship high-impact features and experiments that measurably improve core KPIs such as retention, frequency, ARPU, and NPS. As a senior individual contributor, you lead through influence—providing clear product direction, sharpening tradeoffs, and ensuring teams stay aligned on outcomes, not just output. Ultimately, this role is critical to strengthening Prodege’s consumer brand, expanding our member base, and driving sustainable revenue growth from our consumer products. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, or a related field; or equivalent practical experience in product management.
  • Five or more (5+) years of product management experience, with significant time spent on consumer-facing web or mobile products.
  • Demonstrated track record owning product roadmaps and delivering features that materially improved core user and business metrics.
  • Strong analytical skills, including comfort working with funnels, cohorts, dashboards, and experimentation results to drive decisions.
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams (Engineering, Design, Data, Marketing) as a senior individual contributor.
  • Excellent product discovery skills—able to frame problems, validate assumptions with users, and iterate solutions before heavy build.
  • Proven ability to write clear product requirements, user stories, and release documentation.
  • Strong communication and storytelling skills; able to tailor messages to executives, technical partners, and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with modern experimentation and analytics tools (e.g., A/B testing platforms, product analytics tools, dashboards).
  • Experience in rewards, loyalty, consumer marketplaces, gaming, or survey/market research products.
  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced, evolving environment, balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution.

Nice To Haves

  • Background in growth product management focused on acquisition, activation, and retention.
  • Experience working with distributed/remote engineering and design teams.
  • Exposure to UX research practices and/or the ability to conduct lightweight user research independently.
  • Familiarity with monetization models (ads, offers, subscriptions, performance marketing) and their impact on consumer experience.

  • Own and maintain the product vision and multi-quarter roadmap for Prodege’s consumer experiences (web and app), aligned with company and business unit goals.
  • Define clear problem spaces, value propositions, and success metrics for key consumer initiatives (e.g., onboarding, rewards, surveys, shopping, engagement loops).
  • Translate strategic priorities into sequenced, realistic product plans with clear milestones and tradeoffs.
  • Act as the voice of the consumer—leveraging qualitative research, surveys, feedback, and support data to deeply understand member needs, pain points, and motivations.
  • Partner with Data/Analytics to analyze funnels, cohorts, and behavioral patterns that inform product decisions and opportunity sizing.
  • Lead structured discovery efforts (customer interviews, prototypes, usability tests) to validate problems and solution concepts before significant build investment.
  • Write clear, actionable product requirements (PRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria) that enable Engineering, Design, and QA to execute efficiently.
  • Collaborate with Design to define intuitive, user-friendly flows that align with Prodege’s brand and accessibility best practices.
  • Prioritize the backlog ruthlessly based on impact, effort, risk, and strategic alignment; facilitate sprint planning and ongoing backlog grooming.
  • Partner with Engineering throughout development to clarify requirements, resolve tradeoffs, unblock progress, and ensure delivery quality.
  • Own and optimize core consumer funnels (registration, onboarding, first-earning moment, habit-building actions) to improve activation and early retention.
  • Collaborate with Lifecycle/CRM and Marketing teams to align in-product experiences with messaging, promotions, and campaigns.
  • Identify and ship features that deepen engagement and loyalty (e.g., reward mechanisms, streaks, personalization, content improvements).
  • Define success metrics and experiment designs (A/B tests, holdouts) for key initiatives; partner with Data to instrument and analyze results.
  • Use data to iterate on released features, sunsetting low-performing experiences and doubling down on what works.
  • Communicate learnings and insights to stakeholders to inform future strategy and roadmap decisions.
  • Drive alignment with cross-functional partners (Engineering, Design, Marketing, Operations, Customer Support, Legal/Compliance) around priorities, scope, and timelines.
  • Communicate clearly and regularly on roadmap, status, risks, and impacts to leadership and adjacent teams.
  • Lead through influence as a senior IC—coaching more junior PMs informally and setting a high bar for product thinking and execution.
  • Ensure product work adheres to privacy, security, and compliance standards applicable to consumer data and marketing practices.
  • Contribute to improving product development practices, rituals, and tools (e.g., discovery frameworks, documentation standards, experimentation discipline).
  • Stay current on consumer product, rewards/loyalty, and growth best practices, bringing fresh ideas and external benchmarks into Prodege’s product strategy.
