The Sr. Product Manager will engage as a key voice of the customer for stakeholders for one or more product areas, ensuring their needs are heard and that delivery teams receive necessary support. They will translate user and business needs into high-level requirements for work assignments of medium complexity, utilizing a structured process for gathering, analyzing, documenting, and managing change to assess and recommend solutions based on cost vs. benefit analysis and parallels to overall business strategy. The role requires defining acceptance criteria for product features of medium complexity and ensuring they are understood by the delivery team. Maintaining detailed documentation such as gap analyses, business process flow charts, decision tables, features, and business requirements documents is crucial for the development and refinement of new analytical tools and processes. Execution of plans during the implementation phase, composing standard operating procedures (SOPs), and participating in design reviews and walk-throughs are key responsibilities. Tracking product performance after implementation to ensure efficiency of operations and proactively providing continuous improvement recommendations is expected. Defining key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure product success, monitoring product performance, analyzing data, and making data-driven decisions to improve product outcomes are essential. Collaboration with Quality Engineering (QE) is vital to ensure the product meets high standards of quality, performance, and reliability by defining product requirements and acceptance criteria, which are then used by the QE team to develop test plans and test cases. Creating and maintaining the product roadmap for the area of responsibility, outlining the development and release of features, and communicating product strategy, roadmap, and progress to stakeholders, including executives, partners, and customers, are core functions. Managing stakeholder expectations and prioritizing competing demands to ensure alignment and focus is critical. Active participation in all squad ceremonies, reviewing work completed by the squad, providing feedback, and accepting work, as applicable, are expected. Managing the product backlog by grooming and prioritizing, while ensuring work aligns with product strategy and OKRs, is a key responsibility. Developing and maintaining relationships with customers and business partners to drive satisfaction is important. The role requires consistently influencing and making significant decisions within a project, demonstrating good judgment in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions based on a solid understanding of business strategy and best practices with minimal instructions for difficult or unpredictable situations. Ability to collaborate and operate in a cross-cultural and complex matrixed environment to build consensus across functions is necessary. Contributing individual capabilities to the achievement of group objectives and working effectively with others in a group setting, including mentoring, coaching, and providing technical guidance for junior members of the team, is expected. Communicating clear and concise product updates and releases to internal and external stakeholders is a requirement. Benefits

  • The base pay for this position is $78,000.00 – $156,000.00
