About The Position

Rise Analytics serves a growing network of financial institutions and partners that rely on its technology to transform data into actionable intelligence We are seeking an experienced and AI enabled Senior Product Manager, Analytics to own and drive the strategy, roadmap, and execution of our analytics product suite — including both predictive analytics capabilities and regulatory/compliance analytics solutions for financial institutions. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker who thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels at translating complex data and regulatory requirements into compelling products, and leads cross-functional teams from conception through launch.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) from an accredited university; MBA or advanced degree a plus.
  • 6+ years of product management or FI executive reporting/data analytics experience, with a demonstrated track record of designing, building, and launching products that customers love and drive real business impact.
  • Proven experience developing multi-year product visions aligned with business strategy; experience building scalable analytics products with enterprise clients.
  • Strong understanding of how data drives competitive advantage; ability to define data collection parameters and use AI tools to propel efficiency and product requirements.
  • Strong ability to translate product needs to technology — and to effectively communicate across leadership, clients, development, and engineering teams.
  • Experience with enterprise software or products designed for financial institutions (FIs); FinTech experience required.
  • Excellent analytical skills; comfort working with complex financial, operational, and predictive data.
  • Strong project management skills; able to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Detail-oriented, unfazed by technical complexity, committed to flawless execution.
  • Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; ability to engage executive leadership, technical teams, clients, and regulators with equal fluency.
  • Analytical Thinking: Ability to define problems, collect and interpret data, and draw actionable conclusions from complex, ambiguous information.
  • Technical Fluency: Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); ability to quickly learn company-specific platforms and tools.
  • Leadership: Proven ability to lead without direct authority; comfortable driving alignment across engineering, design, sales, marketing, and finance.

Nice To Haves

  • Prior experience in banks, credit union or financial services industries.
  • Knowledge of NCUA regulations and financial reporting requirements (e.g., 5300 Call Report).
  • CPA certification or equivalent financial/accounting background.
  • Experience working with external auditors, regulators, and compliance stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Build a strategic vision, goals, and multi-year roadmap for the Analytics product suite; align with broader business strategy.
  • Maintains expert knowledge of the product market, customer trends, and competitive dynamics to ensure the product remains differentiated and market-leading.
  • Research and define customer needs; translate those needs into features in an agile development environment. Prioritize ruthlessly — cut through noise and focus on what matters.
  • Define and own product roadmaps, managing the backlog based on customer needs, competitive analysis, regulatory requirements, and market opportunities.
  • Drive discovery with clients to deeply understand business problems — including regulatory reporting obligations (e.g., NCUA 5300 Call Report) and data analytics use cases — and ensure the product portfolio delivers meaningful solutions.
  • Define minimum viable product and balance trade-offs across time, effort, investment, and value.
  • Lead cross-functional, multi-disciplinary teams to bring new products and features to market.
  • Integrate and operate in partnership with development, UX, business analysts, and scrum masters to ensure products meet market needs.
  • Partner with marketing and sales to clearly communicate product benefits and competitive differentiation.
  • Lead go-to-market activities to ensure successful launches across the organization.
  • Work with product leadership and finance to build product business cases and define customer pricing.
  • Build rapport with clients; collect feedback and monitor competitive offerings to continuously sharpen product positioning.
  • Understand how data can be used for competitive advantage; work across marketing, sales, and customer service to clarify data use cases and ensure development teams have the datasets they need.
  • Own product metrics and drive fast experimentation and iteration.
  • Build trust and effective relationships with peers; provide leadership across the division and partner ecosystem.
