Sr Product Management Lead
About The Position
In this role, you will impact the success and growth of Honeywell’s building automation products by overseeing product lifecycle management, fostering collaboration across departments, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality, market-leading products. Immediately after taking on the role, you will be responsible for Power Supplies portfolio within the Fire Alarm business, the role needs a blend of deep technical expertise, business leadership, and market-facing skills. This portfolio may extend as required at a later date. Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of product management strategies that align with company goals and customer needs.
- Oversee the entire product lifecycle from ideation through launch and ongoing support, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
- Collaborate closely with engineering, marketing, sales, and customer support teams to drive product innovation and market adoption.
- Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for product enhancements and new offerings.
- Drive cross-functional initiatives to improve product quality, performance, and customer satisfaction.
