Requirements

10 to 15+ years of progressive experience in Product Management, Product Marketing, or Engineering with a proven track record of managing full hardware product lifecycles.
Deep expertise in the semiconductor, memory, or enterprise SSD storage industry is strictly required.
Must possess strong technical knowledge of NAND flash architectures, controller firmware concepts, storage protocols (e.g., PCIe/NVMe, SATA, eMMC, USB), and memory market dynamics.
Strong proficiency in applying modern generative AI tools and Agentic frameworks to real-world business problems.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts effectively to non-technical audiences.
Excellent interpersonal skills for cross-functional team interaction.

Nice To Haves

An MBA or equivalent advanced business degree is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

Drive the comprehensive lifecycle and long-term roadmap for our flash storage product lines, expanding market share across AI factory, datacenter, industrial, enterprise, and custom OEM sectors.
Analyze global NAND market trends, memory pricing dynamics, and competitor landscapes to help define pricing strategies, help negotiate Non-Recurring Engineering (NRE) costs, and maximize product margins.
Translate complex customer requirements into comprehensive Product Requirement Documents (PRDs) for internally developed flash products, custom form factors, and enterprise-grade storage solutions.
Serve as the definitive "voice of the customer" for tier-1 strategic accounts, while also partnering closely with key external vendors (e.g., NAND suppliers, controller vendors) to align on firmware capabilities and hardware roadmaps.
Champion the on-time delivery of critical product release requirements (hardware, firmware, technical documentation, certifications). Proactively navigate and help mitigate component transitions, lead times, and manufacturing/PCB design constraints.
Oversee complex product lifecycle updates, directing the strategy for End-of-Life (EOL) transitions, component changes, and communicating Product Change Notifications (PCNs) effectively to key stakeholders and global sales teams.
