About the role We’re looking for a self-driven, well-rounded product designer with a keen eye for detail and great taste. You’ll lead the design iterations of our core AI automation experience, pushing the boundaries of video editing innovation. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a track record of shipping high-quality products quickly and iteratively, this role is for you.

Requirements

• A track record of excellent design shipped within a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in design and animation tools.
• Communicate design ideas clearly across teams and stakeholders.
• Take ownership and drive work forward independently.
• Fluent in English with solid UX writing skills.
• Prioritize user experience, considering both the “why” and “how” in your design process.
• Craft seamless, intuitive designs with keen attention to detail and continuous refinement.
• Think holistically, ensuring every decision contributes to a cohesive experience.
• Thrive in collaboration, driving execution and alignment with your team.
• Make informed decisions, always staying ahead of challenges.
• Adapt quickly, embracing iteration and providing clarity in ambiguity.

Responsibilities

• Shape product strategy and direction with team leads.
• Lead design projects from concept to polished execution.
• Bring ideas to life through visuals and prototypes (Figma).
• Solve user problems with consistency and high-quality design.
• Collaborate closely with cross functional teams for seamless implementation.
• Contribute to design culture and push creativity forward.
• Support design needs beyond the core product.
