The team's vision is a premium ad experience powered by first-party data and best-in-class UX, achieved through unifying ad UX across platforms, innovating ad formats, and developing smarter tooling for relevant, timely, and respectful ads. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker who understands the balance between business and user needs, enjoys leading new projects, and uses design thinking to bridge communication with other teams and disciplines.
