What You'll Do Strategic Product Roadmap: Define and execute the multi-year product strategy for dedicated business groups, aligning vertical market opportunities with global corporate goals. Cross-Functional & Executive Leadership: Partner with Sales, Marketing, and C-Suite stakeholders to prioritize product requirements, present business cases, and drive customer satisfaction. Market Analytics & Pricing Strategy: Analyze obsolete semiconductor lifecycles, developing pricing models, supply-demand forecasts, and revenue-maximizing strategies for high-demand verticals. Global Team & Operational Management: Lead cross-regional teams (focused on Americas and Europe), managing departmental planning, resource allocation, and performance reviews. Specialized A&D Procurement: Oversee strategic purchasing operations and pricing specialists for niche military and aerospace suppliers to ensure supply chain integrity and compliance.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in Supply Chain, Procurement, or Account Management
  • Experience managing Pricing strategies, contract negotiations, and stock rotation programs.
  • People Management experience, supervising, recruiting and administrating performance.
  • Exceptional ability to translate complex technical data into executive-level presentations for C-Suite stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and advanced data analysis (Excel/Power BI) to drive decision-making.
