About The Position

USANA Health Sciences is searching for an inspiring Senior Video Producer and Editor to join the thriving USANA Studios team. In this role, you will be the creative heartbeat behind stunning video content, acting as both a visionary strategist and a confident pitch artist who understands exactly how to engage an audience. Collaborating closely with internal teams, you will have the creative freedom to take concepts to completion. Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (preferred) or equivalent real-world excellence.
• 10+ years of high-level experience in video and post-production.
• Proven track record as a confident pitch artist with expert-level grasp of video strategy.
• Exceptional ability to leverage a robust network of contractors and industry connections to scale projects rapidly and successfully.
• Extensive, hands-on camera expertise.
• Fluency in Adobe Premiere Pro & After Effects.
• Talent for distilling complex stories into simple, unforgettable, and honest visual experiences.

Responsibilities

• Drive uplifting project development meetings, confidently pitching fresh ideas and leveraging deep video strategy to align goals and messaging for every campaign.
• Tap into industry connections, partnering with contractors, vendors, and freelancers to scale productions on demand.
• Write, develop, and storyboard compelling, authentic narratives.
• Produce and direct video productions.
• Edit dynamic footage and create motion graphics.
• Build and orchestrate timelines, task plans, and crew assignments, managing financial and technical resources.
