About The Position

Keeley Construction is seeking a Sr. Procurement Specialist to join its corporate Procurement Team in St. Louis, Missouri. The role supports procurement operations by creating and tracking purchase orders and subcontracts, coordinating deliveries with vendors and project teams, maintaining purchasing records and vendor information in CMiC, and assisting with vendor performance reviews, negotiations, and software implementation. Requirements

Associate or bachelor’s degree in supply chain, business administration, or a related field.
At least 3 years of experience in purchasing, service coordination, or materials management.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Strong analytical and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and procurement software.

Responsibilities

Create, issue, and track purchase orders and subcontracts for materials and services.
Track shipments, confirm receipt of goods, and resolve delivery issues with project and field teams.
Coordinate with vendors and subcontractors on pricing, delivery timelines, and backorders, while maintaining professional relationships.
Maintain accurate purchase records, subcontracts, buyout logs, and vendor data in CMiC.
Review vendor performance for compliance and manage performance-improvement activities.
Assist operations and the Procurement Director with vendor scorecards.
Coordinate with the Procurement Director to negotiate subcontracts and review supplier terms and conditions to secure favorable pricing and terms.
Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and delivery information.
Assist the Procurement Director with testing and implementing new company software.
Communicate effectively at all levels, conceptualize, solve problems, make decisions, and remain accountable.
