Sr. Process & Finish Technician
About The Position
This role requires the ability to obtain and maintain necessary certifications and qualifications to perform assigned job duties. The technician must be able to safely operate material handling equipment, including forklifts and overhead cranes, adhering to established procedures and training. Proficiency in using basic measuring and inspection tools like tape measures is essential. The role also demands basic computer skills for completing production, inspection, and shipping documentation, and the ability to read, understand, and follow work instructions, procedures, and safety requirements. Physical requirements include standing, walking, bending, stooping, reaching, and performing repetitive physical activities throughout the workday, with the ability to lift and carry materials up to 30 pounds. The work environment includes both indoor manufacturing settings and outdoor conditions. Flexibility in working overtime, weekends, or adjusted schedules is necessary.
