Requirements

  • 5 years of engineering experience in a manufacturing environment with a focus on Continuous Improvement, Green/Black Belt Certified
  • Bachelors degree in Chemical, Mechanical or industrial Engineering
  • Execute engineering processes to deliver high‑quality products on time and at competitive cost.
  • Provide technical support and perform root‑cause analysis in collaboration with cross‑functional stakeholders.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce waste and enhance yield, cycle time, and OEE in adhesive production.
  • Support capital projects and equipment upgrades, including process design, commissioning, and validation.

Responsibilities

  • The Senior Process Engineer provides technical leadership and continuous improvement support across the Seabrook site to drive safety, quality, productivity, and cost performance.
  • This role partners closely with Operations, Quality, Maintenance, EHS, and Supply Chain to optimize processes, improve reliability, and scale best practices across the site.
  • The Senior Process Engineer leads complex process improvement initiatives, applies structured CI methodologies (Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, TPM), and serves as a technical mentor to engineers and operators.
  • This role plays a critical part in driving operational excellence, supporting new product introductions, and ensuring robust, compliant, and sustainable manufacturing processes.
