About The Position

Set up, troubleshoot, and maintain flexographic printing, bag converting, sheeting, and laminating machinery to produce paper packaging. This role operates in a clean, air-conditioned work environment with all new machinery. The position is available for first and second shifts, Monday through Friday.

Requirements

Experience in setting up and troubleshooting converting/printing machinery.
Experience with large rolls of paper or plastic.
Knowledge and use of various hand tools assigned including tape measure, screwdriver, wrenches, etc.
Good verbal and written skills.
Basic Math skills.
Must complete ongoing training as required.

Responsibilities

Set up and troubleshoot flexographic printing and converting machinery.
Monitor and keep machine supplied with paper, glue, and ink.
Inspect product to ensure materials, size, print, quantities.
Keep the work area clean.
Maintain a safe working environment on production lines.
Ensure consistent, dependable attendance and demonstrate a willingness to accommodate non-standard work hours as necessary.
Effectively manage job-related stress and foster productive workplace interactions.
