About The Position

We are looking for a Sr Principal TPM, Marketing & Creative to go deep on how our marketing and creative teams work and make those systems meaningfully better. You’ll be someone who is genuinely comfortable in the technical details of a platform implementation, who can configure, build, and deploy, and who holds themselves accountable for outcomes rather than just delivery milestones. You’ll work closely with our applications development and creative operations teams, partnering on configurations, integrations, and vendor decisions while keeping business stakeholders across Marketing, Brand, and Licensing aligned on what’s happening and why. The role sits at a real intersection of technology and creative work, and we’re looking for someone who finds that energizing. Our immediate priority is Adobe Workfront. We’ve made a significant investment in the platform and we need the right person to own its implementation and adoption end to end. Beyond that, there is a broad creative technology portfolio to rationalize, a digital asset management platform to evolve, and meaningful opportunities to bring AI-assisted automation into how creative work gets done. You’ll shape all of it.

Requirements

  • Experience implementing or configuring enterprise marketing or creative technology platforms (e.g., Workfront, Wrike, Bynder, Aprimo, OpenText) and performing the technical work directly.
  • Understanding of what configuration truly involves.
  • Experience managing vendor relationships, evaluating contracts, and making portfolio decisions.
  • Ability to assess technology effectiveness, identify areas for improvement, and communicate recommendations clearly to leadership.
  • Technical fluency, including the ability to work with engineers and implementation partners, understand APIs, workflow configurations, data models, and integrations.
  • Experience owning platform adoption, ensuring successful user utilization beyond initial launch.
  • Experience working in complex, multi-stakeholder environments with high expectations from creative and marketing teams.
  • A clear point of view on AI in creative and content workflows, understanding practical applications and future trends.
  • Ability to move naturally between technical and business conversations and facilitate understanding between engineering, creative, and marketing leadership.

Responsibilities

  • Own the Adobe Workfront implementation from a technical product standpoint, including configuring workflows, managing integrations with DAM and PLM systems, defining the data model, and partnering with the applications team for deployment.
  • Define successful outcomes for platform implementation, hold vendors and partners accountable, and make decisions when tradeoffs arise.
  • Assess the creative and marketing technology portfolio (DAM, 3D design tools, workflow and collaboration platforms, syndication systems), make evidence-based decisions on what to keep, evolve, or retire, and build business cases for these decisions.
  • Identify opportunities to use AI to improve creative and marketing workflows, such as brief generation, asset tagging, creative review routing, or approval automation, and partner with automation and engineering teams to integrate these capabilities into the platform roadmap.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Brand, Creative, and Licensing leadership to understand technological friction points and opportunities for speed, translating technical constraints into business-friendly language and business priorities into engineering requirements.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues when technology is not working effectively for teams.
