Sr Principal Systems Engineer

Primary duties and responsibilities include: Leading a team of Systems Engineers as the Integration, Verification and Validation (IV&V) Lead for SIGINT related programs Oversee System Field test preparation, coordination and performance at Customer/Government sites. Managing all system engineering IV&V content and work products Execution of systems planning and requirements development Creating system test plans, procedures and reports including Test Readiness Reviews. Will have outside contact with customers, other contractors and government officials. Preparing and delivering technical presentations internally and with customers. Travel at 10%
Requirements
- Active DoD Top Secret Clearance and eligible to acquire additional SCI and SAP/SAR clearance.
- Bachelor's Degree in technical discipline and 8+ years of experience in related field, 6+ years with Master’s Degree
- Utilizes digital engineering and model-based systems engineering
- Familiarity with RF/SIGINT applications.
- Experience in performing software and systems integration and testing
- Experience in the preparation and support of field operations at Customer/Government sites.
- Experience with Agile development
Nice To Haves
- Knowledge of and experience in the DoD SIGINT Community
- Experience with Software Defined Radios.
- Experience with Model Based Systems Engineering including MagicDraw and SysML
- Experience with software containers and Kubernetes.
- Experience with the development of user stories, backlog prioritization and management, technical documentation, sprint planning, resource management and customer engagement.
