Sr. Principal System Engineer

This role will lead architecture, design, integration, and deployment of next-generation AI, cloud, storage, and hyperscale data center platforms while serving as a strategic technical leader across the product lifecycle.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.
- 15+ years of progressive systems engineering experience.
- Deep expertise in server, storage, networking, AI and cloud infrastructure.
- Experience with x86 and ARM architectures.
- Strong leadership, communication and customer-facing skills.
Nice To Haves
- Master’s degree preferred.
- Experience with GPU-based AI platforms and accelerator technologies.
- Knowledge of OCP architectures and hyperscale environments.
- Patent, publication or recognized industry contributions.
Responsibilities
- Lead system architecture for server, storage, AI and cloud platforms.
- Define product requirements and translate customer needs into scalable solutions.
- Drive architectural decisions involving compute, networking, storage, power, cooling and systems management.
- Serve as primary technical advisor for customers and executive stakeholders.
- Lead NPI readiness, design reviews and complex issue resolution.
- Mentor senior engineers and influence technology roadmaps.
