Sr. Principal Scientist
About The Position
Adobe is seeking an established research leader to build and lead a research group focused on inventing controllable video-generation technologies for creators, including filmmakers and social video creators. The group will develop simple, powerful controls for social video creation and precise, flexible controls for filmmaking, enabling creators to iterate quickly and translate their creative visions into video through semantic and low-level control. The role offers significant freedom to develop a research agenda, participate in the academic research community, and publish research with real-world impact. The scientist will collaborate with filmmakers, product teams, Adobe Research, applied machine-learning teams, Design, and other groups. The team’s work is intended to help shape the future of filmmaking.
Requirements
- PhD in Computer Science or a related field.
- Established leader in the field with a track record of groundbreaking research.
- Ability to attract top researchers in the field.
- Experience in generative AI.
- Strong leadership qualities.
- Outstanding communication skills.
