About The Position

At Air Products, we reimagine what’s possible. By tapping into the motivation of our people and our collective experience, we create the ideas and innovations that drive us forward. When we come together – where every voice is heard and everyone knows they belong and matter – we create solutions that launch people into space, support lifesaving care in hospitals, and enable the construction of groundbreaking, world scale production facilities. Reimagine What’s Possible Air Products is building a cleaner future at scale — and trusted people data is central to how we plan, hire, retain, and develop the workforce that makes it possible. As the world’s largest hydrogen producer with decades of industrial gas leadership, we rely on accurate, decision‑ready insights to guide global talent and organizational decisions. In this role, you will lead the People Data & Insights (PD&I) strategy that turns Workday and HR data into clear, actionable workforce intelligence — enabling leaders to move faster, standardize what matters, and make confident decisions across the enterprise. We are seeking a Global Head of People Analytics to create and execute the enterprise strategy for HR data, analytics, and insights in alignment with the Human Resources (HR) and business strategy. In this role, you will lead a centralized team responsible for transforming Workday and related HR data into trusted, timely, decision‑ready insights for Human Resources and business leaders to make informed talent, workforce planning, and organizational decisions. This role is based out of our Global Headquarters in Allentown, PA. Domestic and International travel is expected to be less than 10% per year. Operating at the intersection of HR, Digital Technology, and business leadership, you will own the People Analytics product portfolio, including standardized reporting, dashboards, self‑service analytics, and advanced insight delivery. You will ensure data reliability, strong governance, and scalable solutions, while enabling the responsible use of AI‑driven analytics capabilities within Workday and the broader data ecosystem. This role balances strategic leadership with operational execution in an environment where Workday Human Capital Management (HCM) is the core system of record. Success requires close partnership with HR Business Partners, Communities of Expertise, HR Operations, Digital Technology teams, and business stakeholders to simplify and standardize analytics delivery, drive adoption across varying levels of data literacy, and establish the enterprise standard for HR metrics, definitions, and workforce insights.
