Our employees are not only part of history, they're making history. Northrop Grumman Ethics and Compliance is seeking a Training & Awareness Advisor in the company’s Corporate Office. This position plays a critical strategic role in shaping and sustaining Northrop Grumman’s ethical culture, serving as the central hub for all ethics related learning and awareness across the enterprise by translating our values into everyday behaviors. Falls Church, VA or other Northrop Grumman location. Occasional travel is required. The selected Advisor will partner on the design, development, and delivery of a collection of mandatory and optional employee training. In addition to training, the Advisor partners with Corporate Communications to create monthly ethics and compliance messaging and campaigns, and produces presentations, brochures, and knowledge articles for employees at every level, ensuring all materials are consistently branded, accessible, and culturally relevant. The successful candidate will report to the Corporate Office Compliance and Ethics Manager and will undertake the following duties and responsibilities:
