About The Position

Hewlett Packard Enterprise is seeking an experienced Engineering Program Manager / Product Lifecycle (PLM) Program Manager to own complex, cross-functional programs across the product lifecycle, from concept and New Product Introduction through release, sustaining, and end-of-life. The role drives execution by building and managing integrated schedules, aligning dependencies across engineering and partner teams, enforcing product development lifecycle governance, and ensuring delivery commitments are met on time and within budget. The position leads programs involving multiple functions and project teams, coordinating engineering development and implementation of products or services. The role works with Product, Engineering, Manufacturing, internal development partners, and potentially external standards bodies, suppliers, customers, and other partners. The successful candidate exercises significant independent judgment, communicates program status and trade-offs to senior stakeholders, manages risks and dependencies, resolves escalated issues, drives corrective actions and process improvements, and may mentor less-experienced staff. The role is designed as onsite, with the expectation that the employee will primarily work from an HPE office.
