Sr. Principal Electrical Engineer

Mercury SystemsAndover, MA

About The Position

Mercury Systems is offering a Senior Principal Electrical Engineer a fulfilling career where you will be able to see the direct impact of your designs in deployed systems with true end-to-end ownership, operating in a smaller, highly technical team. You’re not just implementing requirements; you’re shaping ruggedized solutions that must perform in the real world under extreme conditions. Engineers here directly influence architecture, design decisions and system-level tradeoffs across the systems. You will lead and mentor engineering teams developing mission-critical embedded computing, high-speed digital systems, advanced FPGA solutions, secure processing and rugged electronics supporting operations across air, land, sea, and space. Step into a role where you can remain deeply hands‑on, take ownership of end‑to‑end technical work, and shape the next generation of defense and aerospace products. You’ll lead innovation and deliver high‑reliability, mission‑critical solutions from day one.
