Senior Principal Analog Engineer Responsibilities • Responsible for the design of highly-integrated microwave and millimeter-wave analog blocks in various state-of-the-art technologies • Write proposals for new products including technical aspects and estimates of time to complete • Participate in customer meetings and technical interchange meetings • Contribute to all aspects of product development including system-level specifications, floorplanning, characterization, and productization • Lead and mentor a team of engineers to design complex analog blocks • Drive process improvement that impacts the engineering function

Requirements

  • Expertise of designing of analog building blocks including bandgaps, differential amplifiers, op-amps, LDOs, and bias circuits.
  • Expert in designing analog/mixed-signal blocks such as temperature sensors, power detectors, ADCs, DACs, PLLs, clock generators and process monitors.
  • Full understanding of impact of advanced CMOS process effects on analog circuits.
  • Experience in full custom analog layout implementation and parasitic extraction/modeling
  • Proven experience in post-silicon validation and debug in high-volume products
  • Ability to communicate ideas and issues clearly
  • MSEE with 12 years overall experience or Ph.D. with minimum of 10 years overall experience
