A quick snapshot … As a Sr. Practice Director of Conga’s North America Professional Services organization, you’ll be responsible for execution and delivery of services while driving operational excellence, timely customer value realization, customer satisfaction, and project profitability through scalable service offerings, including implementation and consulting. You must be a strong team leader who can build a high-performance culture that delivers world class results to enable successful customer outcomes across the revenue lifecycle. Our team strives to deliver a best-in-class customer experience while delivering growth and profit by driving rapid implementation of Conga innovative software solutions. You will lead and manage Conga’s highly skilled Engagement Manager team in the delivery of our high-value solutions. This includes building the team, embedding best practice processes, managing key customer relationships, overseeing execution plans, and planning efficient resource allocation across the team to deliver value for all our clients. You are a facilitator, a coach, an advisor and never stop asking questions. You bring strategic vision, foster a culture of innovation, and demonstrate inspiring leadership that motivates teams to exceed expectations and deliver exceptional customer value.

Requirements

  • Expert in delivery of SaaS services for a wide range of customer sizes and industries with a track record of executing and over-achieving your customer satisfaction and profitability targets.
  • Know how to utilize a consultative approach to delivery of high-value SaaS solutions aligned to the customer’s programs that will set them up for success.
  • Interact with all levels and teams of an organization.
  • Have led and motivated a services delivery team comprised of engagement / project managers, are comfortable with a matrixed resource structure, and have consistently delivered customer solutions that drive customer value while achieving project financial goals.
  • Are a confident hands-on leader who enjoys working directly with customers helping craft high-value solutions while mentoring and growing employees.
  • Are experienced in resolving customer, resource, scope and budget challenges, and have the ability to influence customers to make optimal decisions that drive optimized time-to-value successful outcomes.
  • Have a proven record of leading, training, and inspiring your team.
  • Are able to hire the right people, in the right positions, and help them develop in their careers.
  • Motivate the team and get them focused on a vision with a consistent services delivery methodology and best practices.
  • Share your knowledge and expertise to develop a world-class sales team capable of hitting pipeline and bookings targets.
  • Get buy-in and support from other internal teams
  • Genuinely enjoy building relationships.
  • Are truly interested in getting to know our customers and their needs.
  • Can take their needs and your understanding of the nature of delivery to position the right solutions to the customers.
  • Willingness to travel.

Nice To Haves

  • An understanding of Revenue Lifecycle Management software (CPQ, CLM, Price Optimization and Management) and/or Salesforce platform would allow you to hit the ground running.
  • Successful completion of a bachelor’s degree would be beneficial.
  • The completion of a master’s degree would be even better!
