We are looking for a Director of Professional Services to to lead the Americas services delivery and post-sales deployment programs for our clients. This is a US-based Remote role, reporting to the SVP, Professional Services & Consulting. As Director of Professional Services, you'll oversee a high-performing team of technical consultants and project managers, ensuring customer-centric excellence while driving the efficiency, scalability, and profitability of our cloud security solutions.

Requirements

7+ years of experience in Professional Services or Consulting delivery within enterprise software or SaaS
5+ years of experience in a senior leadership role managing delivery teams in a high-growth environment
Deep expertise in cloud technologies, cybersecurity, networking, or Zero Trust solutions
Proven experience managing P&Ls, department budgets, and financial targets
Strong knowledge of professional services operations and project management methodologies like Agile or Scrum

Nice To Haves

MBA or advanced degree in IT, Computer Science, or Business
Relevant industry certifications such as AWS, Azure, GCP, PMP, or CISSP
Direct familiarity with Zscaler technology or cloud security frameworks

Responsibilities

Execute the strategic vision for the Americas Professional Services organization while aligning with global scalability goals
Build, lead, and develop a high-performing team of consultants and architects to drive successful implementation outcomes
Ensure services are delivered with the highest levels of quality, achieving on-time project completion and maximum client satisfaction
Own the Americas Professional Services P&L, managing capacity forecasting, resource utilization, and financial targets
Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Engineering to optimize deployment processes and enhance customer lifetime value
