Requirements

5+ years Microsoft Dynamics CRM/Dynamics 365/Power Platform development/configuration experience
Strong Dataverse
Model-driven Power Apps
Power Automate cloud flows
Dynamics forms, views, tables, relationships, business rules, activities, auditing, queues, and security roles
Solution packaging and deployment
Environment variables and connection references
Error handling, retry logic, and logging
Experience troubleshooting legacy CRM behavior and translating it into modern Power Platform functionality
Experience with UAT defect remediation
Strong technical documentation
C#/.NET Dynamics plugins
JavaScript/TypeScript client scripting
Dataverse Web API
Custom APIs/actions
Power Platform CLI
Azure DevOps or GitHub ALM pipelines
PCF controls
FetchXML
Power Fx
SharePoint/Dataverse integration

Responsibilities

Hands-on build lead working under the Solution Architect.
Responsible for configuring and developing the modernized CRM and Phase II enhancements.
Power Apps/Power Automate replacement of legacy workflows and numerous detailed enhancements to fields, views, tabs, activity handling, dropdown values, case details, user attribution, imports, reporting behavior, and OCIG-controlled workflows.
