Requirements

  • 5+ years Microsoft Dynamics CRM/Dynamics 365/Power Platform development/configuration experience
  • Strong Dataverse
  • Model-driven Power Apps
  • Power Automate cloud flows
  • Dynamics forms, views, tables, relationships, business rules, activities, auditing, queues, and security roles
  • Solution packaging and deployment
  • Environment variables and connection references
  • Error handling, retry logic, and logging
  • Experience troubleshooting legacy CRM behavior and translating it into modern Power Platform functionality
  • Experience with UAT defect remediation
  • Strong technical documentation
  • C#/.NET Dynamics plugins
  • JavaScript/TypeScript client scripting

Responsibilities

  • Hands-on build lead working under the Solution Architect.
  • Responsible for configuring and developing the modernized CRM and Phase II enhancements.
  • Power Apps/Power Automate replacement of legacy workflows and numerous detailed enhancements to fields, views, tabs, activity handling, dropdown values, case details, user attribution, imports, reporting behavior, and OCIG-controlled workflows.
