About The Position

We are supporting a federal client project and seeking an experienced Senior Microsoft Power Platform Developer. This role requires advanced technical expertise in building and scaling enterprise solutions with Power Apps, Dataverse, and Power Automate, as well as experience leading teams in secure, agile delivery environments. The selected candidate will provide technical oversight, set development standards, and ensure best practices are applied across the project lifecycle.

Requirements

• Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Developer Associate
• Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
• Sponsorship for employment visas (including H-1B, OPT, CPT, or other work visas) is not available now or in the future.
• Employment is contingent upon verification of work authorization as required by federal law.

Responsibilities

• Serve as technical lead for Power Platform development, including code reviews, DevSecOps practices, and establishing branch/release strategies.
• Architect, design, and implement model-driven Power Apps solutions integrated with Dataverse.
• Build and maintain advanced workflows and automations in Power Automate.
• Collaborate with project leadership and business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable solutions.
• Mentor junior developers, drive adoption of coding best practices, and support team performance reviews.
• Troubleshoot complex issues, ensure application security/compliance, and contribute to deployment planning.
