Requirements

  • BS Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 4–6 years of professional experience in digital automation, business application development, or data visualization within a Microsoft environment.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power BI, Power Automate).
  • Experience working in corporate or industrial environments. Related advanced degree may be substituted for up to 2 years of experience.
  • Hands-on experience with Power Apps (application development)
  • Strong experience with Power BI (dashboard creation, data visualization)
  • Experience with Power Automate
  • Experience working in a Microsoft corporate environment
  • Knowledge of role-based access control and data connections
  • Ability to structure and exploit incomplete or low-quality data

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Dataverse and data modeling
  • Knowledge of Azure services (Azure SQL, SharePoint, APIs)
  • Experience working in an industrial or manufacturing environment
  • Understanding of intake processes, cost/value analysis, or KPI definition
  • Basic knowledge of Power Platform governance and best practices
  • Experience in multicultural or international project environments
  • Ability to support or mentor junior team members

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain business applications using Microsoft Power Apps (Canvas and/or Model-driven apps).
  • Create and manage data connections across Microsoft tools and enterprise data sources, including role-based access control.
  • Develop Power BI dashboards to transform raw or low-quality (“minable”) data into meaningful and actionable insights.
  • Implement intake forms to collect business requirements, cost data, and value indicators from stakeholders.
  • Support automation initiatives using Power Automate to improve business processes and operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate closely with business teams to translate functional needs into scalable digital solutions.
  • Ensure solutions comply with Microsoft environment standards, governance, and security policies (Entra ID / Azure AD).
  • Provide documentation and user support for developed applications and dashboards.
