Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience developing Microsoft Power Apps (Canvas and/or Model‑Driven).
  • 3+ years of experience building Power Automate flows.
  • Experience with .NET, Java, C#, or similar languages that supplement Power Platform development.
  • Hands‑on experience working with Microsoft Premium Connectors and external databases.
  • Strong understanding of integrating Power Apps with SQL Server, SharePoint, Active Directory, and APIs.
  • Ability to design scalable, maintainable applications and reusable components.
  • Experience working in long‑term Power Apps engagements (6+ months).

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Power Apps Component Framework (PCF).
  • Deep experience with API integrations and third‑party system connections.
  • Prior experience mentoring or supporting junior developers.
  • Previous hands-on work in Microsoft 365 GCC environments.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable Power Platform solutions within Microsoft 365 GCC.
  • Design and build a Canvas App to support an internal project tracking system.
  • Develop Power Automate flows to support the application’s workflow automation and data processing needs.
  • Build a customer-facing CRM portal that integrates with Active Directory and various data sources.
  • Integrate Power Apps and Power Automate with Azure SQL and SharePoint document libraries.
  • Collaborate with other developers to establish standards, reusable components, and best practices.
  • Provide training, documentation, and knowledge transfer to internal staff.
