Requirements

  • Degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Electronics, or related field.
  • Experience with power converter topologies, gate drive design, or motor control.
  • Familiarity with high-voltage systems and EMC/thermal design considerations.
  • A passion for motorsport and performance engineering!
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Design and develop power electronics systems (inverters, DC-DC converters, battery management systems) for high-performance motorsport applications.
  • Collaborate directly with Formula E and F1 teams to translate trackside requirements into robust engineering solutions.
  • Optimize designs for power density, thermal performance, and reliability under extreme conditions.
  • Support testing, validation, and rapid iteration cycles that match the pace of a race season.
  • Work cross-functionally with systems, software, and mechanical engineering teams.
