Crafted Highlights:
Platform Operations & Governance
Maintain oversight of the health, performance, and reliability of our Salesforce organizations, clouds and integrations. Troubleshoot issues as they arise, evaluate licensing, storage, and usage patterns.
Maintain a proactive view of capacity and performance trends to ensure platform resilience, scalability, and reliability to balance business demand with cost effectiveness.

Delivery & Automation
Influence and drive platform roadmap initiatives related to CI/CD pipelines, environment management, and DevOps practices to support faster and more reliable delivery.
Identify and prioritize opportunities to automate parts of the product development lifecycle, reducing manual effort and supporting consistent agile delivery practices.

Cross‑Team Collaboration
Work closely with development, product, and data teams to understand their evolving needs, ensuring platform supports both short‑term and long‑term capability growth.
Work with architecture and security teams to ensure platform decisions align with enterprise standards, architectural principles, and established ways of working.
Quality, Testing, & Vendor Coordination
Coordinate and provide direction for end‑to-end testing efforts across teams and external partners, ensuring solutions are fully integrated and meet quality expectations.
Hold vendors accountable for delivering services that meet MCBC’s operational, security, and performance expectations.
Continuous Improvement & Innovation
Stay current on Salesforce releases, platform engineering practices, DevOps advancements, and relevant technologies to help maintain a competitive and modern platform ecosystem.
Proactively bring forward recommendations for enhancements that improve platform usability, scalability, and developer experience.

Requirements

• You have a bachelor’s degree in computer science or engineering OR equivalent experience.
• You have 5+ years of experience working with Salesforce in a senior technical role, such as platform engineering, solution architecture, administration, or development.
• You have experience guiding DevOps practices and environment management, including multi‑environment deployments and CI/CD processes, with a focus on standards, risk, and delivery outcomes
• You have a strong understanding of Salesforce platform architecture, monitoring, automation, and security requirements.
• You can translate complex business and technical challenges into clear, actionable platform priorities and roadmaps that guide future platform capabilities.
• You love a challenge. You complete complex projects quickly and adeptly with your understanding of business priorities.
• You build relationships and collaborate to get to the desired outcome.
• You take accountability for results, acting with integrity and honoring commitments.
