About The Position

As a Sr Planning Manager / S&OP at Honeywell Technologies, you will play a critical role in driving the 5-step S&OP process, end-to-end Supply Chain Planning, S&OE processes, and key initiatives to achieve revenue, margin, and cash flow goals for the businesses supported. You will develop close connections with commercial partners and lead a team of supply chain planning professionals. Collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders is essential to ensure alignment with key business strategies and objectives. Your expertise in planning and supply chain management will be instrumental in driving significant business growth and competitiveness. This role will also be a key architect and change leader in the transformation of processes and tools within the team, ensuring these changes are effective and sustainable. You will report directly to the VP Supply Chain for the Process Technologies (PT) division and work with business partners in Allentown, PA, Charlotte, NC, Houston, TX, and Palmetto, FL locations on a hybrid work schedule, with 3 or more days per week in the office. This position has a significant impact on the financial performance of the business through support of growth initiatives, creation of a robust pipeline of working capital & cost savings improvements, and driving initiatives that increase planning capabilities. Your expertise in the 5-step S&OP process will drive process maturity improvements, visible in the annual S&OP assessment. Honeywell Technologies is focused on Accelerating Growth, and you will partner with various Commercial teams to establish a robust inbound supply chain to support these initiatives. This position leads planning activities including demand planning, production planning, inventory control, and material planning, supporting a specific global business unit that plans Engineer to Order products in a discrete manufacturing environment. You will have significant authority in Strategic Planning, work cross-functionally to achieve organizational objectives, and drive functional excellence and continuous improvement. You are a proven leader driving teams to deliver best-in-class results, accountable for and leading multiple, highly complex global projects. You will drive execution to enable business value and productivity, continuously improve planning processes for better business results, and build a team that creates competitive advantage by hiring, developing, coaching, and retaining top talent. Ensure the S&OP/S&OE processes are delivering at world-class levels to maximize revenue, reduce costs & inventory, and achieve top-tier delivery performance for customers.
