About The Position

About the Team:Responsible for developing, maintaining, and stabilizing the master production schedule to ensure optimal service levels, efficient capacity utilization, and alignment with customer demand. Drives end-to-end production planning across internal operations and external suppliers while balancing inventory, throughput, and operational constraints.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree
• 3+ years in production planning or master scheduling
• ERP experience (SAP preferred)
• Strong Excel and data analysis skills
• Understanding of MPS and S&OP alignment
• Capacity planning and constraint management
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Nice To Haves

• Automotive experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage the Master Production Schedule (MPS) aligned with demand and capacity.
• Translate demand into feasible production plans while maintaining schedule stability.
• Adjust schedules based on real-time production performance and disruptions.
• Ensure adherence to planning horizons and frozen zones.
• Drive line sequencing priorities to meet customer requirements.
• Monitor KPIs such as schedule adherence, attainment, backlog, and inventory.
• Identify risks and implement proactive mitigation strategies.
• Utilize SAP, EDI, and planning tools for scheduling accuracy.
• Drive continuous improvement in scheduling processes.
