About The Position

We are seeking a highly experienced Sr Physical Design Engineer to join our remote team. This role is crucial for our advanced technology node projects, focusing on physical design and implementation. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in 3nm and/or 5nm technology nodes, with a strong background in place and route (P&R), timing closure, and physical verification. Requirements

• Minimum 10+ years of experience in 3nm and/or 5nm technology node.
• Block and top-level P&R experience.
• Timing closure experience with Tempus and/or Primetime.
• Arm or similar embedded processor experience.
• Physical Verification experience.
• Knowledge of industry standard tools and flows (Cadence, Synopsys, Siemens).
• US citizen or Lawful Permanent Resident.
• Ability to work remotely anywhere in the US.

Responsibilities

• Perform block and top-level Place and Route (P&R).
• Achieve timing closure using tools like Tempus and/or Primetime.
• Conduct physical verification.
• Utilize industry-standard tools and flows from Cadence, Synopsys, and Siemens.
