The Senior Personal Banker delivers an exceptional client service experience by servicing clients with a full range of banking products and services. This role executes administrative and operational activities related to client accounts, money movement, reporting, and inquiry resolution across in-person, phone, and email channels. The Senior Personal Banker ensures adherence to banking guidelines, procedures, and policies, escalating issues as needed, supports fellow Personal Bankers, and contributes to the continuous improvement of Wealth Management processes.
