You will have experience working with HR systems, confidential employee data, and strong project management skills. Ideally, the people business partner will have experience being a global People (HR) Business Partner in a high growth, fast-paced environment. For California Only - The estimated annual salary for this position is between $180,000 and $195,500 annually. Compensation packages are based on factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, certifications, and specific geographical location. As part of that effort, we are looking to hire a Sr. People Business Partner to serve as a strategic people advisor for Roku’s Media teams. This role will partner with leaders, front line managers, and employees seeking guidance on a diverse range of topics. The successful candidate will deliver a full spectrum of people (HR) deliverables that align with the businesses' strategic goals. This role will provide sound guidance across all functional areas of Human Resources with an emphasis on performance management, change management, and organizational development.
