THE ROLE: Join AMD’s Enterprise Ecosystem & Partner Marketing team and play a pivotal role in establishing AMD as a premier innovation partner in the enterprise market through deep, strategic collaboration with AWS. Our team works across hyperscalers, cloud service providers, GPU cloud platforms, and AI infrastructure innovators to amplify AMD’s influence, strengthen brand affinity, and accelerate enterprise adoption at scale. As a Senior Partner Marketing Manager, you will develop and execute high-impact partner marketing strategies that showcase AMD’s value across cloud and neo-cloud ecosystems, spanning compute, AI accelerators, and data center platforms. You will drive joint positioning, solution storytelling, and demand-generation programs that help enterprise customers adopt AMD-powered instances, services, and validated solutions. Your work will blend strategic narrative, partner go-to-market execution, and thought leadership to create compelling value propositions for technical and business decision-makers. You will collaborate across business development, product marketing, cloud alliances, events, public relations, and sales to build integrated campaigns that expand AMD’s presence across partner channels, including cloud marketplaces, partner solution catalogs, developer communities, and partner-led events.

Requirements

B2B marketing experience within a technology company, cloud platform, neo-cloud provider, systems company, or enterprise SaaS or PaaS organization.
Demonstrated experience with cloud alliances and joint go-to-market strategies, including co-marketing models, market development funds, account-based marketing, and partner communications.
Experience building relationships and working with senior stakeholders across cloud alliances, product marketing, sales, and business development.
Ability to translate platform roadmaps and complex cloud, AI, compute, or data center capabilities into clear partner narratives, differentiated solution positioning, and launch-ready messaging.
Experience defining and analyzing partner program effectiveness and optimizing campaigns, content, enablement, and investments for measurable pipeline and business impact.
Experience developing co-branded content, digital demand-generation programs, and sales or technical enablement materials.
Familiarity with cloud marketplaces and partner solution listings, including marketplace page optimization, partner solution catalogs, and campaign-in-a-box execution.
Exceptional storytelling, messaging, and content-development skills that position AMD and cloud ecosystem partners as trusted enterprise leaders.
Highly organized, proactive, and results-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and partner initiatives in a global environment.
Strong problem-solving skills and a continuous-improvement mindset focused on increasing marketing impact, partner engagement, and return on investment.
A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
Relevant cloud, digital marketing, partner marketing, or demand-generation certifications are desired.

Responsibilities

Build Cloud Partner Relationships & Joint Plans – Develop strong marketing relationships with AWS, understand partner priorities, and translate shared business objectives into actionable joint marketing plans.
Influence MDF & Partner Activation – Identify opportunities to secure and influence partner MDF, marketing resources, channels, and amplification around AMD’s priority workloads, solutions, and customer opportunities
Lead Comarketing Campaigns & Demand with Partner – Develop and execute integrated co-marketing programs across digital, events, webinars, content, account-based marketing, and partner-led channels to drive awareness, engagement, demand, and pipeline growth.
Work with partners to expand AMD presence and visibility across channels – Improve AMD visibility and conversion across AWS marketplaces, partner solution pages, and developer ecosystems through strong messaging, assets, and merchandising.
Turn Proof & Partner Moments into Demand – Scale customer wins, benchmarks, technical validation, and partner proof through campaigns and activate AMD offers at moments such as AWS reinvent, roadshows, executive forums, and customer experiences to engage priority accounts and create demand.
Drive Execution & Measure Impact – Partner closely with AMD product marketing, sales, business development, alliances, public relations, and AWS stakeholders to execute programs, measure performance, optimize return on investment on MDF, and ensure successful and timely delivery of joint initiatives.
Enable Partner & Field Readiness – Create enablement assets, toolkits, playbooks, and sales materials that help AMD and partner teams articulate differentiated value propositions and drive customer adoption.
