We are seeking a highly organized and relationship-drivenâ¯Senior Partner Manager - CCaaSâ¯to serve as the primary liaison between our keyâ¯CCaaS partners (e.g., Genesys, NICE, Five9, Talkdesk)â¯and our internal sales and channel partner teams. In this role, you will be responsible for qualifying and managing partner opportunities (referral, resale, etc), coordinating seamless sales handoffs, and driving joint go-to-market (GTM) activities that fuel revenue growth through the contact center ecosystem. The ideal candidate excels at building trusted relationships, managing multiple priorities, and driving partner engagement that generates pipeline. This role will play a key part in maximizing the value of our CCaaS partnerships, ensuring high-quality sales, and enabling scalable success across our partner/channel ecosystem.
