THE ROLE: The HR Business Partner Sr. Manager will partner closely with senior executives in G&A and take full ownership of strategic HR and talent initiatives. Success in this role requires a strong executive presence, consultative depth, and the ability to influence outcomes at the highest levels of the organization. THE PERSON: You are recognized by leadership for your depth of business insights and strategic HR Business Partnership and have the credibility and confidence to engage, challenge, and guide senior executives. You bring a consultancy mindset, grounded in business acumen and data-driven insight, and thrive in environments where ambiguity and transformation are the norm.

Requirements

  • Deep expertise in org effectiveness, leadership coaching, and talent strategy execution.
  • Proven track record of leading through change and delivering results with precision & impact.
  • Ability to work in sophisticated, global, matrixed organizations
  • Exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage and collaborate effectively at all levels of the organization.
  • Highly organized and self-driven, capable of managing multiple priorities with flexibility and strong follow-through.
  • Not afraid to roll up your sleeves up and get involved - no job is too big or too small.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, with the ability to create compelling, data-driven insights and executive-ready presentations.
