About The Position

We are seeking a Sr. Oracle EBS R12 Techno-Func Consultant with excellent communication skills. This role requires extensive experience in Oracle EBS R12, specifically within Finance (GL, AP, AR, FA) and Procurement (iProcurement, PO, RCV). The consultant will be responsible for senior-level RICEW (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions, Workflows) delivery, possess strong technical proficiency in PL/SQL, Oracle Forms, BI Publisher, OIC, REST/SOAP APIs, OAF, Web ADI, and Workflow Builder. Experience in conducting patch/upgrade impact assessments and performance tuning is crucial. A key aspect of this role is hands-on experience applying AI/ML or automation within Oracle environments, including process automation, predictive analytics, or AI-assisted workflows. Candidates without this specific experience will not be considered.

Requirements

• 10/12+ years Oracle EBS R12 experience across Finance (GL, AP, AR, FA) and Procurement (iProcurement, PO, RCV)
• Senior-level RICEW delivery — Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions, Workflows
• Strong technical proficiency: PL/SQL, Oracle Forms, BI Publisher, OIC, REST/SOAP APIs, OAF, Web ADI, Workflow Builder
• Experience conducting patch/upgrade impact assessments and performance tuning
• Hands-on experience applying AI/ML or automation within Oracle environments — process automation, predictive analytics, or AI-assisted workflows
• Excellent Communications Skills is a MUST
• Candidates without hands-on AI or automation delivery experience will not be considered for this role.
