Requirements
- Strong Oracle DBA expertise (performance tuning, HA, incident response)
- Automation mindset (Python, Bash, Ansible, CI/CD, Git)
- Experience with monitoring tools (OEM, CloudWatch, Dynatrace)
- Proven problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to communicate clearly with both technical and business partners

Responsibilities
- Own and optimize enterprise Oracle databases (performance, availability, security)
- Lead backup, recovery, and high-availability strategies
- Troubleshoot complex issues and drive root cause resolution
- Partner with SRE, cloud, and application teams to deliver resilient solutions
- Enable transformation from on-prem to cloud-native data services
