The role involves being the heart of the brand, providing a friendly voice over the phone, and a welcoming smile to patients in-store, with a passion for helping customers look and see great. A Visionworks Sr. Optical Specialist/Sales Lead is the face of the business, dedicated to ensuring the best possible journey for every patient and customer. This individual is trained and knowledgeable about optics, products/services, and managed vision care, guiding patients/customers through the Visionworks experience to meet their eyewear needs simply, humanly, and boldly. A Senior Optical Specialist must have 12 months of prior industry (optical) experience and maintain license requirements per state guidelines, dispensing eyewear where required and/if licensed.
