The Operations Program Manager will spearhead strategic initiatives and special projects within the operations team, ensuring alignment with Truework's broader business objectives. This role requires a professional with experience managing high-impact projects across diverse operational functions. The Operations Program Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive operational excellence and optimize processes, contributing significantly to the organization's efficiency and growth.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in program management, operations, business strategy, or related fields.
- Proven track record of managing and delivering complex, cross-functional projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, with experience influencing senior leadership.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and implement effective solutions.
- Experience in designing and optimizing business processes, with a keen attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to juggle multiple priorities and manage time effectively to meet deadlines.
Responsibilities
- Lead and execute complex, high-visibility projects within the operations team, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and other stakeholders to develop and implement strategic initiatives that enhance operational performance.
- Analyze current operational processes, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing solutions that drive efficiency and scalability.
- Assist with continuous training initiatives across newly launched projects.
- Develop strong relationships across teams, facilitating effective communication and collaboration to support project success.
- Design and implement scalable and repeatable operational processes, aligning them with company goals and growth strategies.
- Serve as a liaison between operations teams, ensuring alignment and synergy in reaching organizational objectives.
