The Sr. Operations Manager is responsible for driving operational initiatives and strategic projects across Inspire Communities’ portfolio of manufactured housing communities and recreational vehicle resorts. This role combines project management execution with broader operational ownership, including accountability for KPI performance, field implementation, vendor coordination, and process optimization across the portfolio. This position may also be overseeing direct reports and is expected to drive measurable outcomes that support operational and financial performance. The Sr. Operations Manager partners closely with operations leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure operational initiatives are successfully implemented, operational standards are maintained, and key performance metrics are achieved. This role serves as a key connector between corporate strategy and field operations, helping to drive efficiency, consistency, and operational excellence across the organization. The ideal candidate is a highly organized and proactive operational leader who can manage multiple initiatives simultaneously, influence stakeholders across departments, and translate strategic priorities into measurable operational outcomes.
